Most. Almina Begum is a kind and hardworking mother who dreams of safely welcoming her second child and raising both of her children in a better future despite severe financial hardship. She lives with her husband and young son, and the family depends entirely on her husband's daily labor income of only 6,000 BDT, making it impossible to afford the cost of an emergency cesarean section, especially after they are still burdened by the loan taken for her first delivery. After developing lower abdominal pain and reduced fetal movements, doctors found that her baby was in a breech position and advised an urgent Lower Uterine Caesarean Section (LUCS) to protect both mother and baby. Without timely surgery, both Almina and her unborn child could face life-threatening complications, including obstructed labor, severe bleeding, and the loss of the baby. After learning about Helpster Charity from Dr. Amulla, the family sought help, and Helpster volunteer Bablu Abdullah visited their home to verify their financial hardship and support their request for life-saving treatment.

Most Almina Begum was admitted to the hospital on June 28, 2026 with a diagnosis of Breech presentation and Previous history of C-section. On the same day, she successfully underwent a cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Both mother and newborn remained in good condition and were discharged on July 04, 2026. Upon discharge, Husband and mothe to the hospital to receive both the mother and the newborn. The family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic, and Md. The attending doctor has advised LUCS (Lower Uterine Cesarean Section) as the safest mode of delivery, given that the fetus is in breech presentation at 37+ weeks of gestation. In such cases, cesarean delivery significantly reduces the risks associated with vaginal breech birth, particularly for a primigravida patient. Timely LUCS can help ensure the safe delivery of the baby, minimizing the chances of birth trauma, oxygen deprivation (birth asphyxia), and fetal distress. If left unmanaged and labor progresses naturally, there is a high risk of serious complications. The baby may suffer from trauma, asphyxia, or even death, while the mother may face life-threatening conditions such as severe hemorrhage, uterine rupture, or infection.
