Rashedul Islam is a kind and hardworking 19-year-old young man whose family dreams of seeing him recover, earn a living, and build a better future. He lives with his parents and siblings in a six-member family, where his father is the only earning member, working as a day laborer with a monthly income of only BDT 5,000, making it impossible for the family to afford the cost of his lifesaving treatment while meeting their daily needs. He has been diagnosed with severe pneumonia, and without timely treatment, the infection could rapidly progress to respiratory failure, bloodstream infection (sepsis), multiple organ failure, or even death. The family learned about Helpster Charity through Helpster Volunteer Sadika Rahman, giving them hope when they had no other way to continue his treatment. With timely medical care, Rashedul has the opportunity to recover fully, regain his strength, and support his family in the future.

Rashedul Islam is a 19-years-old boy, had been battling recurrent respiratory tract infections for the past few days, but this time, her condition worsened as she developed pneumonia. Despite multiple courses of antibiotics from local pharmacies, her health continued to decline, leaving him lethargic and in a toxic state. In desperate need of emergency hospitalization, he received critical care at City Clinic, including oxygen therapy, nebulization with sulbutamol, ipratropium bromide, budesonide, and injectable antibiotics, along with hydrocortisone due to the seriousness of his condition.Rashedul was admitted on 12/06/26, received treatment, and was discharged from the hospital on 16/06/26. Now, after receiving the care he needed, Rashedul is doing well and has returned home, bringing joy back to his family. With tears of gratitude in their eyes, his parents said, "Thank you to Helpster Donors and City Clinic; we are forever grateful for your support!"

According to the doctors, with timely treatment using appropriate antibiotics, oxygen therapy, and supportive care, Rashedul has a strong chance of recovery and can go on to live a healthy, normal life. Early and complete treatment will help clear the infection, improve his breathing, and prevent long-term damage to her lungs. However, if the patient is left untreated, the pneumonia may rapidly worsen, leading to severe breathing failure, blood infection (sepsis), or even death. At such a young age, delays in treatment greatly increase the risk of permanent complications or loss of life. Immediate medical intervention is therefore critical to saving Rashedul's life and securing his future.
