Enaiya Sarzin Yosra is a four-year-old girl and the beloved only child of her parents, who are doing their best to provide her with a healthy and secure childhood despite financial hardship. Her mother works as a nurse at Orion Hospital and supports most of the family’s expenses with her modest income, while her father is still continuing his education and searching for employment. When Enaiya developed severe pneumonia with high fever, cough, weakness, and increasing breathing difficulty, the family became deeply concerned but could not afford the full cost of her necessary hospital treatment. Without timely treatment, her pneumonia could rapidly worsen, leading to dangerously low oxygen levels, severe respiratory distress, sepsis, or even respiratory failure. Through Abu Sayed, the family learned about Helpster Charity and sought financial assistance to give Enaiya the timely care she needs to recover and return to her normal childhood.

Enaiya Sazrin Yosra, a 04-year-old female child, was admitted to Orion Hospital on 16.06.2026 through Helpster Volunteer Abu Sayeed with complaints of high-grade fever, persistent cough with cold, difficulty in breathing, generalized weakness, reduced appetite, and poor oral intake for more than seven days. On admission, the child underwent a thorough clinical assessment and necessary laboratory investigations. Based on the clinical findings, the child was diagnosed with Severe Pneumonia. She was admitted for close monitoring and received appropriate treatment for fever, respiratory symptoms, supportive care, nutritional support, and regular medical observation. During her hospital stay, her condition improved satisfactorily with treatment. After one day of hospitalization, she was discharged on 17.06.2026 in a stable condition with prescribed medications, home care advice, and follow-up instructions. The treatment expenses were fully supported by Helpster Charity, and the family expresses sincere gratitude to Helpster, its volunteers, and the hospital team for their kind support and compassionate care.

According to the doctor, hospital admission with close monitoring, fever control, nutritional support, supportive care, and appropriate investigations will help control the infection, improve breathing, and support the child’s recovery from severe pneumonia. With timely and proper treatment, the child is expected to regain strength and return to normal daily activities. If left untreated, the infection may worsen rapidly, causing severe breathing difficulty, dangerously low oxygen levels, sepsis, respiratory failure, and other life-threatening complications.
