Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About urology
A bladder stone is a solid mass that forms in the urinary bladder due to the accumulation of minerals in concentrated or stagnant urine. Patients usually present with suprapubic pain, difficulty urinating, poor urine stream, straining during urination, and sometimes blood in urine. Small stones may pass naturally, but larger stones typically require surgical removal (cystolithotomy or endoscopic extraction) to relieve obstruction and prevent complications.
Background
Umar, is an 18-year-old boy from a caring and supportive family. He is a bright, active, and responsible young man who enjoys helping with household chores and assisting younger children with their schoolwork .He was described by his family as cheerful and sociable .Umar, aspires to further his education if given the opportunity and necessary support. He was presented with the complaints of painful dysuria, frequent urination, and occasional blood in urine for the past few weeks. He was seen and evaluated in UMD. Ultrasound scan confirmed that patient has indwelling bladder stone.
Prognosis
Umar is in painful distress due to a large bladder stone that intermittently obstructs urine flow, causing painful urination, lower abdominal pain, difficulty passing urine, urinary retention, and occasional blood in the urine. Surgical removal is the only definitive treatment and is necessary to relieve his symptoms and improve his overall health. Bladder stone surgery has an excellent prognosis when performed early and appropriately.
