Hauwa Muhammed, 25years old is married and living with her husband in one bedroom house. Her husband is mechanic with N15,000 monthly income. Hauwa is currently 8month pregnant with history of two consecutive Intra-Uterine fetal death at term gestation. Hauwa enjoys singing, dancing and reciting poems mostly in her leisure time and enjoys singing when doing house chores. Hauwa dreams of becoming a lawyer. Hauwa Muhammed a 25years old, 8months pregnant with regular antenatal attendance was apparently doing well until 4days ago when she started noticing decreased fetal movement with severe abdominal discomfort and lower back pain, but no vaginal bleeding or leaking of amnion. Upon medical assessment and history taking, Hauwa was having previous history of Antenatal complications which resulted to two consecutive Intra-Uterine fetal death that was delivered via cesarean section (SC). Hauwa Mohammed is diagnosed with Cephalo-Pelvic Disproportion, Multiple Fetal Demise (IUD), and she is set to be planned for Planned Cesarean Section (SC) upon approval by Helpster Charity.

Mrs. Hauwa Muhammed is being diagnosed with CPD-Positioned, after thorough medical assessment, risk assessment and taking into consideration her previous two consecutive Intra-Uterine fetal Death than can be prevented, Mrs. Hauwa should be booked for delivery via Cesarean Section at 36weeks. If left unmanaged, cephalopelvic disproportion (CPD) can lead to prolonged, obstructed labor, resulting in severe maternal complications like uterine rupture, postpartum hemorrhage, and pelvic tissue trauma, alongside critical fetal risks including shoulder dystocia, fetal distress, and hypoxic birth injuries. Prognosis - With timely Cesarean section, the child has an excellent prognosis for a completely healthy and normal life, whereas leaving her condition untreated risks severe fetal distress, lack of oxygen, and irreversible birth injury.
