Sadia Akhter was admitted to the hospital on 10 May 2026 after suffering from fever, cough, cold, and breathing difficulty for 14 days. As her condition gradually worsened, she became increasingly weak, causing serious concern for her family. After a thorough medical examination and necessary diagnostic tests, doctors diagnosed her with typhoid fever. She received appropriate medical treatment, parenteral antibiotics, supportive therapy, and close monitoring from the hospital's medical team. With timely treatment and continuous care, Sadia's condition gradually improved over the following days. Her fever subsided, her breathing difficulty lessened, and she began to regain her strength and appetite. She responded well to the treatment and was discharged from the hospital on 15 May 2026 in stable condition. Sadia's family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, its generous supporters, and the hospital staff for their kindness, compassionate care, and valuable assistance, which played a vital role in her successful recovery.

With timely administration of parenteral antibiotics and appropriate supportive therapy, Sadia's infection can be effectively controlled, leading to a gradual reduction in fever and improvement in her overall condition. Proper treatment will help relieve her cough, cold, and breathing difficulty, restore her strength, improve her appetite, and enable her to return to her normal daily activities, including attending school. With close medical monitoring and proper care, the chances of a full recovery are very high. However, if left untreated, typhoid fever can worsen, leading to severe dehydration, prolonged illness, and serious complications such as intestinal damage or the spread of infection throughout the body.
