Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Bilateral scrotal hydrocele involves fluid accumulation around both testes, causing painless swelling, heaviness, discomfort, or mobility issues. Common causes include infection, inflammation, trauma, tumors, or aging-related imbalance in fluid absorption. Diagnosis uses physical examination and ultrasound. Management ranges from observation to aspiration or surgical hydrocelectomy for persistent, large, or symptomatic cases.

Background
Dominion is a 1 year old male infant who is being taken care of by his parents in a rented apartment. They find it difficult to settle the house rent making the landlord quarrel with them. The father has been struggling to get a better job. The mother is a petty trader. They use a pit toilet, water is from borehole, there is no access to electricity. Monthly income is 10000. He was brought to the facility by his mother on account of bilateral swellings on both testes, which she noticed about 3 months after birth, while she was bathing him. She presented with him to the Faith Alive foundation in Jos, where he was reviewed and recommended for Helpster Charity review, because the parents do not having the money for the surgery. Upon a thorough assessment, he was diagnosed with bilateral congenital hernia and hydrocele, and was scheduled to have bilateral herniotomy with hydrocelectomy as definitive treatment for the condition.
Prognosis
Bilateral hydrocele is usually a benign condition with good treatment outcomes. Clinical evaluation and scrotal ultrasound are recommended to exclude infection, hernia, or testicular tumor. Prognosis is excellent, Dominion will recover fully after appropriate management (hydrocelectomy with low recurrence risk)
