Husaini is a 7- months-old baby and the youngest of seven children in his family. He has six older siblings—one brother and five sisters. He lives with his parents and siblings in the same family house. His father is a businessman who works hard to provide for the family's daily needs, while his mother is a seamstress who contributes to the household income through her tailoring work. Despite their efforts, raising a large family presents financial challenges, making it difficult to meet all the family's needs. Long-term medical management is crucial, as Husaini faces a lifelong risk of chronic complications including fecal incontinence, severe constipation, and potential urinary tract or reproductive system dysfunctions due to shared nerve and muscle pathways.
