Madhob Biswas is a cheerful and active 7-year-old boy who loves playing and dreams of continuing his education alongside his elder sister, Sethu. His father, Tulu Biswas, works as a day laborer and struggles to provide for the family of four, leaving them unable to afford the cost of Madhob's treatment after his arm was fractured. Without timely treatment, the broken bones could heal improperly, causing permanent pain, reduced movement, and difficulty using his right hand in the future. The family learned about Helpster Charity through Helpster Volunteer Tanjila Shahin Ema, whose support gave them hope when they had no way to pay for the necessary medical care. With proper treatment, Madhob can recover fully and return to school and the joyful childhood every child deserves.

Madhob Biswas was admitted to Seba Hospital on 22 June 2026 after falling while playing and injuring his right arm. He experienced severe pain and swelling in his right wrist, and an X-ray showed a fracture of the lower end of the right forearm bones. He received treatment at the hospital, where his arm was supported with a cast, and he remained under the care of the medical team until his condition improved. Madhob was discharged on 23 June 2026 with advice to continue care at home and return for follow-up visits. His family expressed their sincere gratitude to Helpster Volunteer Tanjila Shahin Ema and the Seba Hospital team for their timely support and care.

According to the treating doctor, Madhob has an excellent chance of making a full recovery with timely treatment, proper immobilization in a cast, and regular follow-up care. However, if the fracture is left untreated or heals incorrectly, the bones may heal in the wrong position, leading to permanent deformity of the wrist and arm, chronic pain, severe restriction of movement, and loss of normal hand function. Over time, this could make it difficult or even impossible for him to write, eat, dress himself, or perform everyday activities independently. In severe cases, he may be left with lifelong disability that could affect his education, future employment, and overall quality of life. Early treatment is therefore essential to prevent permanent complications and ensure normal growth and development of the injured arm.
