Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Babagana is eight years old and the fourth child among seven siblings. Due to financial constraints, Babagana Saleh is unable to attend school as his father cannot afford the fees. Babagana aspires to be a soldier when he grows up so he can resist doctors who want to give him injections. Recently, his father, a farmer, noticed that Babagana developed a high fever and has trouble sleeping. With limited options, his father resorted to praying for his child until a neighbor informed him about Helpster Charity. He then brought Babagana to Nakowa Hospital seeking medical treatment for his sick child.
Medical history
Babagana Saleh is 8 year old boy diagnosed with bladder stone. He underwent surgery for a urinary blockage, and I am pleased to report that the operation was highly successful. The surgery was carefully performed, and the blockage was completely removed without any complications. Following the procedure, Babagana was administered a course of medications that played a crucial role in his rapid and full recovery. The drugs helped to prevent any infection, reduce pain, and ensure that his urinary system returned to normal function. As a result of this effective treatment, Babagana has fully regained his health and has returned to his regular activities with no restrictions. His energy levels have returned to normal, and he is now playing and participating in all the activities he enjoyed before his illness. His parents are deeply grateful for the care and support their son received and have expressed their heartfelt thanks to the Helpster charity for their generous assistance in making this surgery possible. The family is filled with joy and relief, knowing that Babagana is healthy again and able to live a normal life.
Prognosis
Treatment of larger bladder stones may require procedures such as lithotripsy (breaking the stones into smaller pieces using sound waves) or surgical removal. Additionally, measures to prevent the recurrence of bladder stones may include dietary changes, increased fluid intake, and addressing underlying conditions that contribute to stone formation.
