Trevane is an intelligent child from a humble family. He loves to go to school and excels in his studies, so well-wishers decided to help him pay for his education, as his parents could not afford it. He likes to play soccer and also likes to read novels. When he grows up, he would like to become a surveyor. A few days before he was admitted to the hospital, he had generalized body aches, loss of appetite, severe headache and fever. He was referred to the hospital from the school outpatient clinic.

Trevane arrived at the facility with complaints of nausea, headache, joint pain, and chills. To determine the cause of his symptoms, he was sent to the laboratory for a malaria test. The results came back positive, confirming that he had malaria. Due to the severity of his condition, he was admitted for treatment and placed under observation while receiving medication. Trevane was given a series of medications, including injections to fight the malaria infection and relieve his symptoms. He remained under medical care for three days, during which he showed steady improvement. Once he recovered enough to continue treatment at home, he was discharged with oral medication to complete his recovery. He was also advised on how to take his prescribed medication properly to prevent the illness from returning. He was reviewed at the hospital 3 days after discharge to check on his progress. He was doing well and had healed. A laboratory test to check whether the malaria had cleared from the blood stream was taken and he tested negative for malaria

Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
