Princess is a four-month-old baby girl being raised by her single mother, who became pregnant while still in school. Having learned about Helpster Charity through a community outreach program, Princess's grandmother advised her daughter to take the baby to Bokoli Sub-County Hospital, where needy patients receive assistance with medical expenses. On arrival, Princess was promptly assessed by the medical team. Following a thorough clinical examination and laboratory investigations, she was diagnosed with severe pneumonia complicated by sepsis. Due to the severity of her illness, she was admitted to the hospital for intensive treatment, close monitoring, and supportive care.

Princess was taken to Bokoli Sub-County Hospital after developing persistent coughing, difficulty in breathing, refusal to feed, and excessive crying. Upon arrival, she was warmly received and immediately attended to by the medical team. After a thorough examination and laboratory tests, she was diagnosed with severe Pneumonia and Sepsis. Because of the seriousness of her condition, the doctors admitted her to the hospital ward for close monitoring and intensive treatment. After four days of intensive care, she was discharged home with oral medication and scheduled for follow-up care to ensure a full recovery.

In the doctors' opinion, Princess has a good prognosis because she was diagnosed early and received timely hospital treatment for severe pneumonia and sepsis. She responded well to intravenous antibiotics, fluids, supportive care, and close monitoring, with gradual improvement in her breathing, feeding, and overall condition. With completion of her medication and regular follow-up, she is expected to recover fully and continue normal growth and development.
