Background
Mahmud is a 5 year old male with the complaints of difficulty in passing urine, lower abdominal pain, hematuria, and fever. He was apparently well, until 6 months ago when he started having urinary symptoms. His father is father, Is a farmer while his wife is complete house wife. The child was said to be very active prior He was diagnosed of vesical calculus.
Medical history
Mahmud is a 6 year old boy who had Renal calculi/stones and had surgery to remove the kidney stones on the 12th of March 2023.
Prognosis
The patient was presented to our health facility with the complaints of lower abdominal pain, haematuria, and painful micturition. The patient was diagnosed with Vesical Calculus. If left untreated, bladder stones may lead to infections and other complications.
