Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Daniel is the fourth child in his family. His dad has a job with the government, and his mom sells things to help out. They all live together in a two-room rented house. Daniel is a cool kid who loves playing the drums. About a year ago, doctors found a swelling in Daniel's left scrotum. It started small, but it's been getting bigger. They said it's called Left Hydrocoele, and Daniel is waiting to get treatment for it.
Medical history
Daniel presented with scrotal swelling; after examination, he was diagnosed with Left Hydrocele. He was admitted and had Hydrocelectomy surgery done successfully. After the treatment, he was discharged home upon recovery. He can happily resume his normal life without any scrotal discomfort.
Prognosis
If scortal swelling is not treated, it can lead to prolonged pain, discomfort, and potential complications, such as hematomas (blood clots) or infection at the site of injury. The swelling needs to be surgically remove, to allow for a comfortable, painless life of the patient.
