Redowan Dhali is a cheerful 3.5-month-old baby boy who lives with his parents and elderly grandparents in a family of five, bringing hope and happiness despite their difficult circumstances. His father is the family's only earning member, working as an auto driver with a monthly income of approximately BDT 7,000, which is barely enough to provide food and other basic necessities, leaving the family unable to afford the cost of hospitalization, medicines, oxygen therapy, and ongoing treatment. After learning about Helpster Charity through volunteer Masud Rana, the family sought assistance in the hope of saving Redowan's life. Despite exhausting their limited resources, they cannot continue his treatment without financial support. Without timely treatment, severe pneumonia can rapidly progress to respiratory failure, bloodstream infection (sepsis), permanent lung damage, and other life-threatening complications that could put Redowan's life at serious risk.

Redowan Dhali was admitted to Narayanganj Poly Clinic General Hospital on 07/07/2026 with severe pneumonia. He received conservative treatment, including oxygen therapy, antibiotics, nebulization, intravenous fluids, and other supportive care under close medical supervision. His condition improved gradually with treatment, and he was discharged in stable condition on 12/07/2026.

The recommended treatment is hospitalization, antibiotic therapy, nebulization, and other supportive therapy to control the lung infection, improve breathing, maintain adequate oxygen levels, and prevent serious complications. With timely treatment, close medical monitoring, proper hydration, nutritional support, and completion of the prescribed medications, Redowan is expected to recover fully, with normal lung function and healthy growth and development. If left untreated, severe pneumonia can rapidly progress to respiratory failure, severe oxygen deficiency, bloodstream infection (sepsis), shock, permanent lung damage, multi-organ failure, and even death.
