Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Pneumonia develops when the defensive mechanisms within the lung become overwhelmed by a pathogen which has been either inhaled or aspirated. It is associated with a high mortality rate and significant morbidity. Severe pneumonia is frequently a multisystem disease and patients will often present with multiple organ failure.

Background
Mary is a friendly but quiet girl who comes from a simple family. She's very tidy and wants to be a teacher one day. A few days ago, she told her dad she was throwing up and had chest pain. Her dad, who works as a laborer, got her some medicine from the nearby store, but she didn't get better. When she went to school, her teacher saw she was sick and took her to the hospital.
Medical history
Mary was suffering from malaria and pneumonia. The doctor quickly rescued her by putting her on anti-malaria and pneumonia treatment which saved her life.. Now she is a happy girl going about her studies well.
Prognosis
Pneumonia should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, pneumonia may lead to the permanent lung damage, respiratory failure, septicaemia (infection entering blood stream and causing sepsis), pleural effusion (accumulation of fluid in the space between the lung and chest wall, which can make breathing difficult), and other life-threatening complications.
