Nuayman Islam Takrim is a kind and cheerful 3½-year-old boy who loves playing games and spending time with his parents. His father, Belal Hossain, is currently unemployed and has no source of income, while his mother, Nurunnahar Akter, is a homemaker, leaving the family unable to meet even their basic daily needs, let alone afford the cost of surgery. Over the past month, Nuayman has suffered from a left inguinal hernia, causing painful swelling that has made it difficult for him to play and enjoy a normal childhood. The family learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Jamilur Reza, giving them hope during this difficult time. Without timely surgery, the hernia could become trapped, causing severe pain, intestinal blockage, loss of blood supply to the intestine, life-threatening infection, and the need for emergency surgery.

On 7 July 2026, Belal Hossain, the father of Nuayman Islam Takrim (3.5 years old), learned about the free medical treatment program offered by Helpster Charity and immediately brought his son to Modern Hospital for treatment. Upon his arrival, Nuayman Islam Takrim was promptly examined by an attending physician. After assessing his condition, the doctor recommended several diagnostic tests and concluded that surgery was necessary. All the required tests were completed, and he was admitted to the hospital for surgery on the same day, 7 July 2026. The operation was successfully performed without complications. Following the surgery, Nuayman Islam Takrim gradually recovered under the careful supervision of the doctors and the regular follow-up care provided by the nursing staff. On 9 July 2026, he was discharged from the hospital in stable condition and safely returned home. Nuayman Islam Takrim's parents were extremely happy about his recovery. During this difficult time, they felt truly fortunate to receive support from Helpster Charity. They expressed their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Helpster Charity for standing by their family and also extended their sincere thanks to the entire medical team at Modern Hospital for their dedicated care, compassion, and support throughout his treatment and recovery.

According to the treating doctors, Herniotomy (Under TIVA With Caudal) will permanently repair Nuayman Islam Takrim’s Left Inguinal Hernia, relieving his pain and swelling and allowing him to return to normal daily activities. With timely surgery, he is expected to make a full recovery and enjoy a healthy childhood. If left untreated, the hernia may become trapped and lose its blood supply, leading to severe pain, bowel obstruction, infection, and potentially life-threatening complications. Therefore, early surgical treatment is essential to protect his health and well-being.
