Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mohammad Ibrahim is a 7-year-old boy who lives happily with his parents and older sister. He's currently a student in the first grade. Ibrahim enjoys playing football and cricket with his friends and classmates. He also likes visiting relatives' homes with his mother. In his family, his father is the sole breadwinner, providing for their needs. Unfortunately, Ibrahim has been dealing with a condition called Chronic Recurrent Tonsillitis, and his health condition requires an operation to improve his quality of life.
Medical history
Ibrahim’s was diagnosed with Chronic Recurrent Tonsillitis. His tonsil was enlarged and congested. He had developed severe sore throat, difficulty in deglutition and shortness of breath. Due to failure of recurrent antibiotic therapy, tonsillectomy was needed. Ibrahim was operated by Dr.Khorshed Alam (ENT Specialist). With all aseptic precautions under GA both tonsils were removed surgically and operation was successful. Now Ibrahim is doing well. He is back to his normal life. Ibrahim's Father, Md.Billal Hossain: "Thank you Helpster Charity and Narayanaganj Polyclinic for professional approach and funding the surgery for our son. It was really difficult for us to find the money for the surgery and the doctors with good reputation."
Prognosis
Enlarged tonsils can trap bacteria and viruses, leading to recurrent throat and ear infections. These infections can cause discomfort, pain, and may require repeated courses of antibiotics. An adenotonsillectomy is a medical procedure in which both the adenoids and tonsils are surgically removed. The adenoids are small glands located at the back of the throat, while the tonsils are situated on either side of the throat.
