Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

The illness commonly causes prolonged high fever, severe caugh, weakness, and loss of appetite. Background
Md. Ibrahim is an 8-year-old Grade Two student who was previously healthy but became seriously ill with high fever and severe cough, requiring hospital care. He lives with his parents, two siblings, and grandparents; his father, Jafar, is the sole earner, working as a rickshaw puller and earning only approximately USD 74 per month, which is insufficient for the family’s basic needs and medical expenses. The family learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Abdur Rahman and sought assistance after Ibrahim was diagnosed with Typhoid. Without timely treatment, his condition could worsen and lead to severe dehydration, systemic infection, and other potentially life-threatening complications, particularly if the high fever and illness persist.
