When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About infections
Md. Jakaria has been diagnosed with typhoid fever, a serious bacterial infection that spreads through contaminated food and water. The illness commonly causes prolonged high fever, severe body aches, weakness, Common Cold, and loss of appetite. If not treated properly, typhoid can lead to dangerous complications such as intestinal bleeding or infection spreading throughout the body. With timely medical care and appropriate antibiotics, most patients recover fully and regain their normal strength and health.

Background
Md. Zakaria is a cheerful and active 2-year-old boy who brings endless joy to his parents, elder sister Tasmin, and grandparents, Khalil and Helena. His father, Jalil, is the family's only earning member, working as a day laborer and earning just BDT 8,000–9,000 per month, making it impossible to cover both daily household expenses and the cost of hospital treatment. Zakaria suddenly developed typhoid fever with persistent high fever, cough, and weakness, a disease that is very common in their community due to unsafe drinking water, poor sanitation, and the easy spread of bacteria through contaminated food and water. The family learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Abdur Rahman, giving them hope during this difficult time. Without prompt treatment, typhoid can progress to severe dehydration, intestinal bleeding or perforation, bloodstream infection (sepsis), and other life-threatening complications, putting Zakaria's life and future at serious risk.
Medical history
Md. Jakaria is a 02 years old child. Suddenly he got fever for 07 days with caugh and common cold. His mother came to our hospital in 08th July 2026. Doctor diagnosed this case as typhoid fever. Doctor suggests to get admitted to hospital. Doctor and Nurses provide the baby proper treatment and affectionate care. As a result, Md. Jakaria comes round from her illness and becomes heathy. At 14th July 2026, we discharged her. The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Charity and the hospital for their timely and effective care.
Prognosis
Doctors have advised treatment with parenteral antibiotics along with supportive therapy to effectively control Md. Jakaria's typhoid infection. With timely and complete treatment, his fever will gradually subside, his strength will return, and he will be able to resume her studies and daily activities without long-term effects. Proper medical care will also prevent the infection from spreading and protect his vital organs. However, if left untreated, typhoid can lead to severe complications such as intestinal perforation, internal bleeding, bloodstream infection, and even become life-threatening. Early intervention is therefore essential to ensure her full recovery and safeguard her future health.
