Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Hafsat is an 11-year-old girl who loves playing with her friends and dreams of becoming a teacher. About 8 months ago, she started feeling pain in her right abdomen, lower back, and had pain when peeing. She went to different hospitals and was told she had a kidney stone on her right side. She needed surgery, but her family couldn't afford it. Then, they learned about Helpster when volunteers visited their neighborhood. They brought Hafsat to our hospital so she could get the surgery for free.
Medical history
Hafsat an 11 year old poor girl was admitted for surgery on the 11th January,2024.Had successful surgery and post operative treatment and was discharged home on 16th January,2024.She is now better.
Prognosis
Larger stones might require more extensive treatment like using sound waves to break up the stone (lithotripsy), surgery to remove very large stones, or using a scope passed through the bladder to remove smaller stones.
