When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Kidney stones are hard deposits made of minerals and salts that form inside the kidneys. Kidney stones can cause severe pain in the back and side of the abdomen, pain during urination, pink, red, or brown urine, nausea, vomiting, and a persistent need to urinate.

Background
Bishara is a happy 12-year-old boy from a poor family. He loves swimming and dancing and dreams of becoming an Islamic scholar. Around 3 years ago, he was found to have kidney stones and a bladder issue in another hospital, but his family couldn't afford the surgery. He tried taking stone-breaking tablets for two months, but they didn't work. Tests showed that he has larger stones in his right kidney and bladder, causing him occasional stomach, urination, and lower back pain. Surgery is needed to remove them.
Medical history
Bishara is a happy 12-year-old boy from a poor family. He loves swimming and dancing and dreams of becoming an Islamic scholar. Around 3 years ago, he was found to have kidney stones and a bladder issue in another hospital, but his family couldn't afford the surgery. He tried taking stone-breaking tablets for two months, but they didn't work. Tests showed that he has larger stones in his right kidney and bladder, causing him occasional stomach, urination, and lower back pain. Surgery is needed to remove them. Had successful surgery on 20th February and was discharged on 24th February, 2024. He is now doing well as he resumed back to his regular routines.
Prognosis
Larger stones might require more extensive treatment like using sound waves to break up the stone (lithotripsy), surgery to remove very large stones, or using a scope passed through the bladder to remove smaller stones.
