Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Examination Findings: General Condition: Sick-looking and febrile with a temperature of 38.9°C Local Examination: High septic rashes on the nose, spreading to the rest of the face and bleeding Diagnosis: Dermatitis with septic wounds Treatment: Wounds cleaned Antibiotics prescribed for 3 days Shallet was discharged in stable condition to continue recovery at home. A follow up phone call, made 3 days after discharge, confirmed that she was now doing well
Prognosis
Topical corticosteroid creams or ointments are often prescribed to reduce inflammation and relieve itching associated with dermatitis. These medications help to suppress the immune response and alleviate symptoms.
