Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About infections
Jared was diagnosed with Severe malaria and Laryngitis. Severe malaria occurs when infections are complicated by serious organ failures or abnormalities in the patient's blood or metabolism. Laryngitis is inflammation of the laryngeal mucosa, typically caused by viruses. Key symptoms include hoarseness, pain and discomfort when swallowing, as well as cough, which can be dry or productive.

Background
Jared is two years old boy. He is a jolly and cheerful child. His mother attends school, so he spends most of his time with his grandmother. Recently, Jared has been experiencing a fever and a cough, and he occasionally vomits after eating.
Medical history
Jared had been feeling unwell, with a fever, cough, and occasional vomiting after meals. After a visit to the hospital, he was diagnosed with severe malaria and a throat infection (laryngitis). He received the necessary treatment and has since recovered. A follow-up confirmed that Jared is now doing well.
Prognosis
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences. Laryngitis can lead to a condition in which the airways narrow due to inflammation of the mucous membrane, resulting in difficulty breathing and a cough with a distinctive sound.
