Background
Veronica, a 16 y.o. female who is the 3rd child in a family of 6 with 5 siblings. She lives with her parents and siblings in one room. Her mother has a small kiosk in front of the compound. Her father is jobless. She currently in a senior secondary school. She loves football, singing and cooking. She hopes to be an accountant someday in the future. Miss Veronica was presented with dizziness, headache, fever of 37.0c and bitterness of the mouth. She describes dizziness as a feel of rotation and bluring of vision. No loss of consciousness, no neurological symptoms elicited. No history of head trauma. No history of hearing impairment, no ear discharge. No eyes discharge. Other systemic review essentially normal. Thus, presented this afternoon for expert assessment and care in Healing Touch Hospital. Admission date - 6. May 2023.

Prognosis
The patient was presented to our facility with fever, dizziness, a headache and bitterness of the mouth. If malaria is not treated immediately, it may lead to plumonary edema, cute renal and kidney failure, and bleeding.
