Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Irritant contact dermatitis occurs when the skin comes into contact with a substance that physically irritates or damages the skin, such as soaps, detergents, or certain chemicals. Symptoms of contact dermatitis vary but commonly include redness and rash, itching, swelling, dry or scaly skin, and blisters or bumps that may ooze and become crusty.

Background
Prince enjoys spending time with his friends, engaging in a variety of games that he loves. He aspires to become a doctor when he grows up and currently resides with his parents. Recently, he began experiencing a generalized body rash accompanied by itching of the skin.
Medical history
Prince presented with complains of general body rash, scaly, itchy and stenchy skin. He had not been given any over the counter medication. On examination, he was ill looking and had a generalized skin rash. He was also quite dehydrated. He was assessed at the out patient, taken to the laboratory for tests and admitted for treatment as an in-patient. By the 5th day he had improved to a great extent and was allowed to go home.
Prognosis
Treatment involves using topical corticosteroids to reduce inflammation and itching, moisturizing the skin, taking oral antihistamines to alleviate itching (especially in allergic contact dermatitis), and applying cool compresses or baths to soothe irritated skin. If left untreated, contact dermatitis can lead to increased discomfort and itching, secondary bacterial infections from scratching, chronic skin changes, and persistent or recurrent symptoms.
