Omotolani is the second child in a family of five. They all live together in a one-bedroom apartment, which belongs to their father's family. His father works at a car wash, and his mother is a petty trader. Omotolani loves to read, and his dream is to become an engineer. He was apparently well until five years ago when he developed a swelling in his right scrotal sac. The swelling was noticed to come and go, accompanied by pain. He was diagnosed with hydrocele.

Fuhd was presented with scrotal swelling; he was examined and diagnosed with Hydrocele. upon approval, he was admitted, and the Hydrocelectomy was done successfully. When he recovered, he was discharged home and his parents were thankful to Helpster.

Although hydroceles are not typically associated with infections, untreated ones may become prone to infections, which can result in pain and complications. Larger hydroceles can interfere with activities like walking or participating in sports due to the added weight and size of the swollen scrotum. Surgical removal of the hydrocele sac is the most effective and permanent treatment for hydrocele. It is typically performed as an outpatient procedure under local or general anesthesia. The surgeon makes a small incision in the scrotum, drains the fluid, and removes the sac.
