Ibrahim is a seventeen-year-old boy from a poor family. He lives in one room occupied by him and his four siblings. He is a cheerful boy, loves to do creative work and dreams of becoming an entrepreneur in the future. He was healthy until four years ago when he noticed a swelling in his scrotum and thought it would go down completely. However, the swelling has continued to gradually increase in size.

He was Clinically evaluated and diagnosed with Hydrocele and proposed for surgery upon approval by Helpster charity which was approved without delay.He underwent a successful surger on 23/3/24,a procedure called Hydrocelectomy and all post operative medication administered and patient was stable. He was discharged home on 26/3/24. The child and his parent are very happy.

Larger hydroceles can interfere with activities like walking or participating in sports due to the added weight and size of the swollen scrotum. Surgical removal of the hydrocele sac is the most effective and permanent treatment for hydrocele. It is typically performed as an outpatient procedure under local or general anesthesia. The surgeon makes a small incision in the scrotum, drains the fluid, and removes the sac.
