When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Moh’d is a 2 y.o. boy who likes playing with toys. He lives together with his mother in a 2-room shift shelter who is a casual labour worker. Moh’d was presented with cough, recurrent dyspnea, fever and vomiting for more than one week. He is also a known sickle cell disease patient. He was diagnosed with Broncho Pneumonia.
Medical history
Moh'd, a 2 year old boy was admitted on the 16th of May 2023 for treatment for sickle cell disease and severe bronchopneumonia, and discharged when he improved on the 24th of May 2023. We are still retrieving the after-treatment photos of the patient.
Prognosis
The patient was presented to our facility with coughing, dypsnoic, febrile. Closer examination revealed Broncho Pneumonia, Renal Impairment. If not treated, it may lead to blood infections, or sepsis, a life-threatening condition. Admission date - 31. May 2023.
