Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Abdur is a two-month-old boy who resides in a tin-shedded house. He is deeply cherished by his parents, especially as his mother faced significant health challenges during her pregnancy. His parents hope for him to become a Quran Hafiz. His father is the sole breadwinner for the family. Abdur has been suffering from severe pneumonia, exhibiting symptoms such as intense respiratory distress and shortness of breath, coughing and colds, fever, reluctance to feed, and lethargy. Fortunately, through the assistance of their neighbors, Abdur's parents learned about the Helpster Charity, which they hope can provide the necessary support for their son's medical needs.
Medical history
Abdur was suffering from hogh fever, fatigue, cough. Abdur was diagmosed with Severe Pneumonia. Antibiotics didn't help, Abdur's condition was worsening. He needed emergency hospitalisation. In Narayanganj Polyclinic Abdur was treated with oxygen inhalation, nebulization with sulbutamol, ipratropium bromide, budesonide, injectable antibiotics and injection corticosteroids. Now Abdur is doing well and is back to his home with the smiling face of his parents. Abdur's parents are grateful to Narayanganj Polyclinic and Helpster Donors!
Prognosis
Pneumonia should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, pneumonia may lead to the permanent lung damage, respiratory failure, septicaemia (infection entering blood stream and causing sepsis), pleural effusion (accumulation of fluid in the space between the lung and chest wall, which can make breathing difficult), and other life-threatening complications.
