Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Sherif is a sixteen-year-old boy who has lost both his parents and now lives with his aunt. He's the third child in a family of seven. Sherif is a friendly and responsible boy who enjoys spending time with his friends. He's a natural leader and loves playing sports and listening to music. About two years ago, Sherif noticed a swelling in his scrotum that has been getting bigger and causing him pain. After seeing a doctor, he was diagnosed with a condition called hydrocele.
Medical history
Sherif was presented with scrotal swelling, he was examined and diagnosed with Hydrocele. upon approval, he was admitted, and the Hydrocelectomy was done successfully. When he recovered, he was discharged home and his parents were thankful to Helpster.
Prognosis
The persistent presence of a hydrocele can cause ongoing discomfort, heaviness, or a feeling of fullness in the scrotum. Although hydroceles are not typically associated with infections, untreated ones may become prone to infections, which can result in pain and complications. Larger hydroceles can interfere with activities like walking or participating in sports due to the added weight and size of the swollen scrotum. Surgical removal of the hydrocele sac is the most effective and permanent treatment for hydrocele. It is typically performed as an outpatient procedure under local or general anesthesia. The surgeon makes a small incision in the scrotum, drains the fluid, and removes the sac.
