Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About infections
Sepsis is a general term for any infection of the blood. This is most often septicemia but can also include blood infections caused by viruses. Bacterial infections in the blood almost always develop after you've had another infection somewhere else in your body.

Background
Triza Joy is currently attending pre-primary school. She loves singing and enjoys listening to stories from her mother. Triza lives with her mother and two siblings. Four days ago, Triza started convulsing and also had diarrhea and a fever. Upon noticing these symptoms, her mother rushed her to the nearby hospital where she was treated and discharged. However, the symptoms recurred, leading to her referral to Bama Hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
Medical history
The child was brought to the hospital with fever and diarrhea. After tests, she was found to have a serious bacterial infection (sepsis) and was given treatment with antibiotics and other medicines: Parol syrup for fever, Montigent sachet once a day, and Azicure syrup (an antibiotic). She was later discharged to continue recovering at home. A follow-up call by the volunteer to the family confirmed that the child is now well.
Prognosis
Once identified and treatment provided, it can save the child's life. Without medication no prognosis can be given
