Emily resides with her grandmother, who earns a modest income as a casual laborer by working on other people's farms. Emily had gastroentritis that made her to have vomiting, diarrhoea ,fever and poor appetite. ,she was admitted for 3days in the ward with close monitoring by our health workers .She was discharged when she was stable and due to helpster intervention she was able to go home to continue with her normal life and she was very very happy.
