Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Joshua is a two-year-old from a financially struggling family. He is an active and cheerful boy who enjoys modeling and playing with clay. However, his mother noticed a change in his behavior two weeks ago when he became less playful. At that time, he also had a fever, so his mother gave him some paracetamol syrup. Unfortunately, the fever persisted, and Joshua developed a cough and a runny nose over the following days. Concerned for her son's health, his mother decided to bring him to the Helpster.
