Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Unstable presentation is when the fetus in the mother's womb is in an unusual position or posture. This may include breech presentation, where the baby's head is not positioned downwards. Such situations increase the risk of complications during childbirth for both the mother and the baby.

Background
Amaly is a thirty-three-year-old woman from a low-income family. She lives with her son and her husband, who works as a barber and is the sole breadwinner. Currently pregnant at thirty-five weeks, Amaly faces complications as the baby is not in a stable position. Previously, her first child was delivered via Cesarean section. After receiving inadequate assistance at a government hospital, Amaly discovered Helpster Charity and Dhaka Community Hospital. She is now appealing to Helpster donors for support to ensure her well-being and the safety of her unborn child.
Medical history
Amily was diagnosed with 39 weeks of pregnancy with unstable of baby's position with previous history of 1 C/S. Amily spent 5 days in this hospital. Caesarean section has been done and after that antibiotics, fluids and other medication are given. Now she back to her home with healthy baby boy with lot of happiness and joy. Amily said that she is the 1st case approved by Helpster Charity from Dhaka community hospital and she can not explain her happiness to see her baby healthy in this world with the support of Helpster Charity. Mr.Nazmul, the Dhaka Community Hospital MD, has visited Amily's family. Amily and her baby felt very well. No complains. Thank you Helpster Donors!
Prognosis
With an unstable presentation, there is an increased risk of birth trauma for the mother, which can lead to cervical tear and brain damage in the baby. In these circumstances, cesarean section is often resorted to for a safe delivery, significantly increasing the chances of a healthy life for both.
