Brighton, a two-year-old boy, is a playful child who delights in playing with balloons, toy cars, and balls. He has a fondness cookies and crispy potatoes. Brighton only lives with her mom who has no income. When Brighton was seven months old, during a routine child welfare clinic visit, a nurse noticed a missing testicle. Subsequently, Brighton underwent an ultrasound scan, confirming that he has undescended testicles. His mother was very upset upon learning about this. But she gained hope when a friend told her about the Helpster charity foundation

The procedure was not done,during the time of procedure,mother reported the child is okey.
